This database has been developed by the Laboratory of Food Function, Department of Food and Nutrition, School of Life Studies, Sugiyama Jogakuen University based on the "Standard Table of Food Composition in Japan, Fifth revised edition" published by the Resources Council of the Science and Technology Agency of Japan as the part of "Demonstration study regarding to the accessibility of the food composition database" and has been disclosed tentatively with the permission of the Resources Council of the Science and Technology Agency of Japan.
